I began my culinary passions as a kid, making mud pies and cooking with my easy bake oven. Art school didn’t work out but travel inspired me that culture through cooking was a great way to learn and to live.

I spent 20 years downtown Florence and now the past 13 years have been out in the countryside. I have created an app, Taste Chianti which you can download for free.

This winter I will be creating a companion book with recipes.
